 The Burrito Bus started as a visit and became
a permanent fixture at the ranch during the sumer of 1991. Lee, the owner/driver of the famous Chevrolet-school-bus-with-the-VW-bus
welded to the top, was a regular on Dead tour in the 80's and 90's, selling the best, phattest burritos in the lot as well as exotic goods
from far-off places better left unmentioned on these pages. Everybody loved Lee and his burritos and the lone bus in the middle of
the field, with the sun rising behind it, remains in our collective minds eye, the visual image of another concert over, another good time
had by all.
